Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the RAISE Frontline website, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
1. Who we are
This website, www.raisefrontline.com, is operated by Sixty Learn Ltd (company number 13880720), whose registered office is at 20 Commerce Road, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, England, PE2 6LR (“Sixty”, “we”, “us”). Sixty is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@sixtylearn.com, or by post at the address above.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the public marketing website at www.raisefrontline.com only. It does not cover the RAISE platform itself, which you reach by logging in at auth.raisefrontline.com. Personal data processed when you use the platform is explained in the privacy information provided to you by your organisation and by Sixty as part of your use of the platform.
3. The personal data we collect
We keep the data we collect through this website to a minimum. The site has no accounts, forms, comments or analytics.
Technical data in server logs
When you visit the site, our web server automatically records your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages and files requested, the referring page, and basic information about your browser and device (the “user agent”). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Enquiries and demo bookings
If you book a demo, you do so through Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft. You will be asked for details such as your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your organisation and needs. If you email us at hello@sixtylearn.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Community
Our “Join our community” link takes you to a LinkedIn group. Anything you share there is governed by LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
4. How and why we use your data (our lawful bases)
| Purpose | Data | Lawful basis under UK GDPR |
|---|---|---|
| Delivering the website and keeping it secure and working (detecting abuse, fixing faults) | Server log data | Legitimate interests: running and protecting our website |
| Responding to your enquiries and arranging and running demos | Name, email address, organisation, message content, booking details | Legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries), or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract |
| Meeting our legal obligations and handling legal claims | Any of the above, as needed | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share personal data where we need to, with:
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who host the website and process server log data on our behalf. The website’s servers are managed using Laravel Forge (a service of Laravel Holdings Inc.) and run on the cloud infrastructure of the server provider we use through it.
- Microsoft, which provides the booking and email services we use to arrange demos and respond to enquiries.
- Professional advisers, insurers and regulators, where this is necessary for legal, accounting or compliance reasons.
- Other Sixty group staff who need the information to respond to you.
Our service providers act on our instructions and are bound by contracts that require them to protect your data. This website does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers.
6. International transfers
If any of our providers process personal data outside the UK, we make sure the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard under UK law, such as an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
- Server logs: kept for a short period, and no longer than 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Enquiries and demo bookings: kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or we are legally required to keep them for longer.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- be told how we use your data (this policy);
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances;
- object to us using your data where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask for your data in a portable format, where we process it by consent or contract using automated means.
To use any of these rights, email hello@sixtylearn.com. We will normally respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
10. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
11. Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, including the RAISE login page, Microsoft Bookings, LinkedIn and sixtylearn.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate, so please read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
